Find attached the agenda and attachments for the Isla Vista Community Services District Board of Directors Regular Meeting on June 6th, 2017. The Board of Directors meeting will be at 6:00pm in the Community Conference Room at 970 Embarcadero Del Mar, behind Naan Stop.

The Board of Directors will be discussing:

4.1. Consider adoption of Resolution 17-1 “Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Isla Vista Community Services District Establishing Standing and Ad Hoc Committees, Memberships, Responsibilities, Powers.”
4.2. Consider Allocation of Board Tasks and Responsibilities
4.3. Office Space
4.4 Isla Vista Foot Patrol Restoration of Funding
4.4. Authorization of funding request
4.5. University Negotiations Ad-Hoc Committee update and direction
4.7 Liability Insurance
4.8 Summer Internship Program
4.6. Consider changing regular meeting days and start times for meetings of the Board of Directors

The next Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors is subject to change at this meeting, but, according to current board action, will be July 18, 2017 in the Community Room, 970 Embarcadero del Mar. We will distribute the new meeting schedule if approved as soon as possible.
